Meet our Team...
Eric M. Stepek (or just E.)
President & CEO / Principal Consultant
I was born and raised in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. My wife and I moved our three young children to Olathe, Kansas in 2000.
I am an infrastructure consultant focusing on Microsoft infrastructure technologies such as SharePoint 2007, the Windows Server and Desktop platforms, SQL Server 2005/2008, ISA Server 2006, Exchange 2003/2007, Office 2007 and the Windows scripting languages.
My current focus is learning everything and anything about SharePoint 2007. This is a technology that I love working with and so far, have been involved with over twenty SharePoint 2007 implementation projects as well as many training opportunities on SharePoint.
My hobbies include woodworking, remodeling, updating or working on homes, traveling all over with my family, building, flying (and a lot of times repairing) R/C airplanes and helicopters, football, soccer, softball and volleyball. My kids and my wife are my world and much of what I do is for them.
Many people ask me why I decided to start my own company. EMS was started with the following guiding principles:
